Shipping
At present we only offer shipping to the UK, we may offer international shipping in the near future.

We aim to dispatch all orders the same day as payment clears. The price of shipping is dependant upon the total weight of the items that you are ordering. The rules and charges are:

Any U.K mainland orders under 0.34kg postage & packaging is charged at £2.50, over 0.34kg to 2 kg postage & packaging is charged at £4.95, over 2 kg and upto 20 kg postage & packaging is charged at £8.95. Anything over 20kg is £14.95.

You will see how much the postage will cost before the point of payment, please note we reserve the right for bulky items or for items going to Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and Isle of Wight you will be emailed with the relevant shipping charge and goods will not be sent until after you have approved the quotation.

If you place an order and the product is out of stock we will contact you asap to discuss your options with regard to similar products etc, if a suitable substitute cannot be found then we will happily refund the full amount to the customer.

Payment is to be made by our secure payment provider Paypal.

Returns
At Conlon Boxing we are confident that you will be entirely satisfied with our product. If you order something and find a fault in the manufacture of the product or the materials used then we will happily take the goods back and offer you a refund (customer to pay return shipping).

This guarantee stands for 28 days from the date of purchase and does not cover fair wear and tear on the equipment as all products will gradually wear over time if used or abused.

Safety
All boxing and martial arts equipment (boxing gloves, head guards etc) are there to provide some degree of safety/protection but is not guaranteed to prevent injury. Any injury inflicted upon one’s self or anyone else including death whilst using our products is the sole responsibility of the user and they must accept all responsibility as a result.

We the distributor and manufacturer accept no responsibility if anyone is injured or dies whilst using our equipment.

It is also worth noting that over time the quality of the materials etc used to construct our equipment will degrade and will need replacing at the owners discretion in order to maintain optimum safety.
